Legal interpretation & caution
Do not treat every calculated date as an automatic cause of action.
The 60-day period is calculated from the Section 13(2) demand notice. A Section 17 application is tied to a measure taken under Section 13(4); therefore the calculator uses the actual 13(4) measure date when supplied. Similarly, the Section 18 period is calculated from the relevant DRT order. Sale/auction dates depend on the stage and applicable procedural requirements.
