For an application to the DRT under Section 17(1) of the SARFAESI Act, the fee depends on whether the applicant is the borrower or an aggrieved party other than the borrower.

Applicable fee structure
Borrower: below ₹10 lakh — ₹500 for every ₹1 lakh or part thereof; ₹10 lakh and above — ₹5,000 + ₹250 for every ₹1 lakh or part thereof above ₹10 lakh, subject to a maximum of ₹1,00,000.
Aggrieved party other than borrower: below ₹10 lakh — ₹125 for every ₹1 lakh or part thereof; ₹10 lakh and above — ₹1,250 + ₹125 for every ₹1 lakh or part thereof above ₹10 lakh, subject to a maximum of ₹50,000.
